East Coast Trip Payment Schedule – FACTS Withdraw Dates

• Sunday, October 22^nd – $300 per traveler via FACTS  (refundable until December 4^th)

**Deadline: If you wish to replace this FACTS withdraw with an alternative form of payment, you must bring payment to Mrs. Salaz by 9:00 a.m. Oct. 18th. After this date, STA will be unable to stop the Oct. 22nd FACTS withdraw – SEE DETAILS BELOW **

• Monday, December 4^th – $700 per traveler via FACTS  (the $300 + $700 = $1,000 per traveler is non-refundable as of this date)

**Deadline: If you wish to replace this FACTS withdraw with an alternative form of payment, you must bring payment to Mrs. Salaz by 9:00 a.m. Nov. 29th. After this date, STA will be unable to stop the Dec. 4th FACTS withdraw – SEE DETAILS BELOW **

• Monday, February 12^th – $2,200 per traveler via FACTS ($2,200 per traveler is non-refundable as of this date)

**Deadline: If you wish to replace this FACTS withdraw with an alternative form of payment, you must bring payment to Mrs. Salaz by 9:00 a.m. Feb. 7th. After this date, STA will be unable to stop the Feb. 12th FACTS withdraw – SEE DETAILS BELOW **

STA can accept the following alternative forms of payment in place of FACTS withdraws:

• Cash

• Money Order

• Cashier’s Check

• The only way to pay via credit card is to enter the credit card information into FACTS and let Mrs. Salaz know to pull the travel payments via the credit card. FACTS credit card fees will apply.

Mrs. Salaz must receive alternative forms of payment THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS prior to the withdraw dates listed above in order to replace/stop a FACTS withdraw.

If you wish to set up a different FACTS payment schedule for these charges (i.e., weekly payments, etc.) please contact Mrs. Salaz. Payment plan arrangements must still comply with the three amounts and dates listed in the East Coast Trip Payment Schedule – FACTS Withdraw Dates.
