
To our 8th grade parents –
I am very excited about this year’s 8th Grade East Coast Trip taking place March 12th –March 19th!
The total cost of the trip is $3,000. Each chaperone and student attending are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $900 and submit the Intent Form by Friday, December 9th. The remainder of $2,100 per person is due on or by March 1st. The balance will be applied to your FACTS account unless a check or cash is brought to the office by March 1.
** If your child will not be attending the trip, please check the appropriate box on the Intent Form and return to STA for our records.

Please Note:
- All flights are booked by our travel agent and purchased as group travel tickets. You may not book your own flights for our school trip.
- Cost for our group airfare and trip expenses: $3,000 per traveler
- All travelers will be allowed one carry on and one checked bag included
