8th Grade East Coast Trip

To our 8th grade parents – 


I am very excited about this year’s 8th Grade East Coast Trip taking place March 12th –March 19th


The total cost of the trip is $3,000. Each chaperone and student attending are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $900 and submit the Intent Form by Friday, December 9th. The remainder of $2,100 per person is due on or by March 1st.  The balance will be applied to your FACTS account unless a check or cash is brought to the office by March 1.


** If your child will not be attending the trip, please check the appropriate box on the Intent Form and return to STA for our records.

All deposits will be applied to your FACTS account on 12/9/22, unless a check or cash is attached to the Intent Form


Please Note: 

  • All flights are booked by our travel agent and purchased as group travel tickets. You may not book your own flights for our school trip.
    • Cost for our group airfare and trip expenses:  $3,000 per traveler
    • All travelers will be allowed one carry on and one checked bag included
